NUS & Refund?

Ok, how can I redeem my NUS extra card for use after paying £12 for it?

Also, would I be able to gain £5 back on this months premium, due to the spotify website being extremely hard to navigate!!!

Hey!  🙂

You can redeem your NUS discount by pressing the big "Sign Up" button on https://www.spotify.com/uk/nus/ and then logging in using your existing premium account details.

As for the refund, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and ask them.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
