Need assistance

I went on the website on 6/11/12 and the site said my next payment was not until 7./12/12 .... My acct was supposed to be debited on 6/13 but the money was already pending on the 12th.... Alas I incurred a 35 dollar overdraft fee which I cannot get back unless spotify credits my bank acct with 9.99... Then the bank will refund me the 35.00. I have already cancelled spotify this morning
