Need to change email and password

I need ot urgently change my email and password on a premium account. I am quite frankly, furious that this cannot be effected efficiently. 

I no longer have access to my email account. 

Thus, this needs to be done some other way. As I am paying via credit card, can someone please

help me.

BTW, you really should have a back up way to change your account if you lose access to your email.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. They will need to confirm some private details with you, that is why it can't be done here on the public forum.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
