12-day subsrcription?

On 12th February I bought an Unlimited subscription, and on the same day I changed it to 30-days free Premium subscription. Now in my account I see, that my subscription is only to 25th February, so it's only 12 days? What is going on? Shouldn't be 2 months or at least 1 month?

Hello.

It seems that you just changed your subscription from Unlimited to Premium. This would convert your paid Unlimited days into Premium ones. So, in your case, there were 27 remaining paid days of the Unlimited subscription, that converted into 13 days of the new subscription.

However, I've now applied a trial period to your account, and this is in addition to your paid period of Premium. Enjoy!
