Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

That is your Spotify username, I am guessing you signed up for Spotify using Facebook? 

If so, then that is the "real" Spotify username which is connected to your Facebook details, there is no way to change that username. You should never really need to use it (unless you use Sonos or something) as on the desktop and most mobile applications you can sign in using your Facebook email address and password.

Your Facebook username is not connected to your Spotify account, it is only used to locate your profile on the main Facebook website. 

That looks like the Spotify client has been unable to retrieve your details from Facebook. Are you behind a firewall or proxy which might be blocking your connection to Facebook? Sometimes it can just take a while to pull all of the information it needs from Facebook, give it some time 😉

Instructions on how to request the removal of your account are in this post.

You can create a new dedicated Spotify account from the signup page and then connect it to your Facebook (but it remains a Spotify account) if you like from the Preferences menu in the desktop client.

You can create an alias to the user's profile 😉
