I have emialed Spotify this afernoon and still no response, any idea how long this usually takes?

You will normally get a reply within 24 hours. 😉 

If you got an automated email reply directing you back to the community or help pages, to be on the safe side if you reply directly to that it will ensure your case reaches an advisor as soon as possible.

I have not recieved anything either in my inbox or junk mail folders. Is it not possible to simply email back in private messages on here?
