Nobody has had this issue- please helpppp

I created an old spotify account a number of year ago. This year I then created a new accounbt with my facebook email adress. I then used the premium free trial. Over this trial I amde a number of different playlists. After the trial all the playlists were gone and replaced with the ones from the old account. Now when I log into the new account or the old one I have the same playlists in both.  How do I get my new playlists back?
