Just upgraded to Premium but unfortunately my Spotify isn't recognising this. Completed a "form" to ask for help 4 days ago. No response. Not amused as Spotify has already taken the Premium money from my account.

Did all this. Didn't make any difference at all. Cancelled subscription. Still not impressed.

Hi Bevelliott - Your Premium is definitely active. Are you signing in with your Facebook email and password?
