Not receiving password reset emails

Hi - I've forgotten the password of my Premium account, and when I click on the reset password link, I don't get an email through.

I've tried clicking reset password through the website and through the client, but nothing.

Have been checking spam filters as well - I have no problem receiving other emails from Spotify.

Any way to resolve this?

I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Cheers, will try that under this new free account I setup.

Before I tried to get to the contact help page, but couldn't because can't log in without my password which is why I ws trying to contact them in the first place!
