Notification E-Mails

Good Morning

My work colleague advised me a few weeks back that he was receiving email notifications regarding music im listening too.

I promptly switched them off through my account settings

He has now advised me this morning that he still receiving them

Can you please check my settings that no further e-mails are sent to Ian.MacNaughton@thus.net or Ian.MacNaughton@cw.com as I would clearly class these notifications as spam if I was in receipt of them

Your work colleague will need to opt-out of receiving those emails from his own online profile, you can not control the emails which are sent out from your account in the current system.

He doesn't have a Spotify account.

As far as I am aware, if he didn't have a Spotify account he would not get those emails.

If the emails are going to the same address as his Facebook, then he most likely has created an account at some point by clicking on a Spotify link whilst signed into Facebook.

He had inadvertently setup an account and we have now disabled his alerts - Many thanks Peter
