Offline Playlist not Working

HELP!!

Signed up for Premium  yesterday as I am providing music for a wedding in the countryside today  where no wifi-3g available. Offline mode works fine on laptop but on samsung tablet tells me license expired, go online to renew.

I am connected to wifi, have logged out and in and have also reinstalled spotify.

this is really urgent as the wedding is in 8 hours

Beansy - I can confirm that upgrade has gone through for you. Have you tried signing out and signing back in?

mrtorlind - What's happened is your last payment for December wasn't able to go through.

If you want to subscribe again please head over to your subscription page and enter new payment details.

Does your subscription status on your online overview say that your premium subscription is active?

Hi, ....my apologies...bank changed card from MC to VISA and this wasnt updated. I now changed card details, but how long must i wait until Im a premium again?

In order to get back on Premium you need to resubscribe. 

Head over to your subscription page and upgrade to Premium again. That way our system knows it's OK to try for another payment.
