I had a premium account for almost four years, without any problems.
But since last month, i have some problems to pay. I Changed my credit card number last month, and after several trys it was validated and the premium account was paid.
But this month i can't pay (my account has money on it there is no problems here).
"Echec du paiement. Assurez-vous d'avoir assez de fonds sur votre compte et que votre carte de crédit n'a pas expiré si vous en utilisez une. Pour voir les coordonnées bancaires actuellement enregistrées, allez sur la page abonnement. Si vous voyez de nouveau ce message, merci de vous déconnecter puis reconnecter avant de réessayer."
It's been a week i'm trying every days.
It look like my old card is used for paiement, even if I entered my new card number morethan 10 times...
Please give me a hint, my playlist are all almost full of 5 times listened songs...

You should be able to update your card details from you subscription page.
If your online overview page says your account is now on Spotify free, you need to start a new subscription as your previous one has been declined.

What type of card are you using?

My card is a Mastercard.
My card has not expired
The country match
My card is enabled for e-commerce
My card is open for foreign puchases
I have told my banker about this and he saw no problem.
That is very strange....
I would suggest you drop the payments team an email using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate this and help you further.

I have the same issue. My account is now reset to free and I can not update my new credit card information for my account, neither renew a premium subscription.
I am from France and my card is a Visa (I double checked it with my bank).
Here is the message :
