Paying For Premium, Only Getting Free Service

Im paying for premium, but only getting free service with commercials. Why?

Will it help if i go to sweden for a day?! I dont have a danish creditcard......

I have similar problem.

 

For two months I have been paying monthly but my account is downgraded to Free and I am still paying.

 

I have tried login, logout, change email, disconnecting Facebook etc. nothing seemsto help

 

My username is: 1121030917

FrFo - Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. If you only have a Swedish card, I'd suggest changing the country in your account to Sweden. You should be able to then subscribe.

Kjspurs - Your issue looks a little strange. I'd suggest you get in touch with our payments team, who will then be able to sort it for you. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I am not sure my issue refer to the payment but rather a double account as so many others have experienced.

Just incase I have written them using contact form (case no. #401551)

 

I want to continue with the Premium account the I am paying for and not Free

 

Could you check if there is some double account present?

Kjspurs - Your case is not quite a simple as a double account, so I think it's best if the payments guys sort it for you. They'll be in touch in the near future.

Hello! I payed for Spotify Premium and it's only working on my iPhone and on my computer it says Free. I tryed to logg out and in but did not work so i un-installed and installed again and that dident work either.. Please help! I get a sort of message that say error payment something but i have paid.

casperharken - Ensure you are logging in using your "casperharken" username - You should be up and running with Premium.

I have the same problem. I upgraded my subscription to premium yesterday and still get commercials and am not able to listen to my playlists in the offline modus... Would be great if you could help me sort this out asap...

A week ago I wrote to you to get my account resolved. In the email returned I was promised a reply within 3 days.

 

Today another 99DKK has been withdrawn from my bank account for Premium Service which is STILL!! for unknown reasons downgraded to Free..and I continue paying.

 

I have paid a total of 4 x 99DKK and got nothing in return. I want the money back or the account reopened with my Premium subscription as I have paid for!!!

 

Today I was even forced to change my previous login to the community from "kjspurs" to "kjspurs73" in order to connect and write this message.

 

My patience is gone and I want this resolved now.

This is really poor service from Spotify and getting in touch with you is hopeless.

 

No matter the solution you choose Spotify owe me 4 x 99DKK as my service has been non operational, despite I have been paying under the assumption that you would resolved this.

I've paid for the Premium, but it seems that my subscription was dowgraded to "Free" when the Premium trial period ended on my mobile Spotify app. I upgraded to Premium before I downloaded the app. It seems that the mobile version's free trial somehow messed up my subscription.

 

Could someone help me, pleas? Thanks!

So I can assure you the mobile free trial hasn't messed up your account.  You've just made two account on our system and upgraded the one linked to your Facebook. 

 

The good news is we can sort this out very easily. Just keep an eye on your inbox for a message from me outlining the next steps to take. 

Same here, paid a few days ago. I get premium on my android but my windows client keeps in free mode. Can't turn on HQ streaming and getting this anoying adds.

 

I tried loggin in and out, reinstalled my client but nothing helps. When I check my account details on spotify.com it says that I paid for premium. I paid 10 euro but so far not getting the service.

I bought Spotify Unlimited 2 days ago and still getting commercials. I already got the receipt and my account status says I'm paying for Unlimited. Tried logging on & off, didn't help.

same here...im paying for something i cant use...this make me really upset! since 2 days, i wrote a lot of emails but i dont get any help thats f***** up!

PS: i cant even use spotify on my phone!
