Payment failed - again!

Payment failed - again!

I have now got this same problem twice eith two different account. First account I had over a year and it did work well untill I changed my banck account and payment started to fail. After that I created a new account and it worked also ok until now. My account has now been changed from Premium to Free and after trying to do my payment I always got this message:

 

Payment failed. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds and that your credit card has not expired, if you're using one. To see your current payment details please go to your subscriptions page. If you still get this message after updating your payment details please log out, log in and then try again.

 

I know there´s money, and card is valid until 2014, so what can be wrong?!

Welcome to the Community. I am sorry to hear that you're expierincing these issues. Since we here on the Community Forums cannot assist with Account/Billing issues, your option will be to Contact Spotify Support and they will be able to assist you further.
