Payment failed

Payment failed

Spotify withdrawal money from one of my Credit cards every month, at the end of September a mistake made the withdrawal impossible because there was no money, the mistake was corrected and there is now money on the Credit card again.
Now I'm waiting for Premium to be activated again, for how long should I wait?

They usually try a couple more times if payment fails - you should have received email advice of this. If your subscription has now reverted to "free" as shown in your account overview, you'll just need to update your payment details.

No, I haven't got any e-mail about it.
I removed my credit card just to re-add it again, but now I have to buy a new monthly subscription, I'm afraid that I'm going to have two subscriptions after this 😞 I think Spotify has a crapy support for problems like this, I can't be the only one.

If you are definitely logged into the same account as before, so you can see your previous receipts on your online account then the system won't let you set up two subscriptions on the same account so you should be fine 😉
