Hello.

Im thinking about to buy a premium account.

I want to pay with my german  bank account, so Spotify take the money every month from my bank account.

Is that possible?

Spotify recurring subscriptions are normally paid through a credit or debit card. It might be possible to pay directly from your bank account using PayPal (or another service, not sure what is available in Germany). I would suggest you have a read at the Payment FAQ.

I have an active Paypal account.

If Paypal could take the money from my Bank account directly, that would be very good and helpful. So i dont have to send money to Paypal every month. Any informations about this?

As far as I am aware, if you have your bank account connected to PayPal and you subscribe, if you PayPal balance is 0 it will just take the money from your bank account. PayPal using a bank account and not a credit card can be a bit tempermental, so it may/may not work.

I don't think so. Money is always taken on the day you started the premium account.

Example: You've started on 26.12. -> 26.01 -> 26.02 -> 26.03   etc.

So only way you can actually "decide" which day you have to pay is to start on that day.

As far as I am aware, they will bill you on whichever day of the month you subscribe on, there is no way to change it once you have subscribed.

Sooo after a long and exhausting search...spotify does not have a contact phone #. I ended up just reporting the "unauthorized payment" to my bank and they reimbursed immediately. I have yet to hear any response to my "contact form" from spotify.....

good luck! and hopefully spotify will wake up and see that they are extremely unreachable to people that spend their money for their product
