Playlists Gone

I am a Premium member and have been for a number of months.  I have never had a non-Facebook Spotify account.  I use Spotify on a laptop, Android devince, iPhone, and a MAC Pro desktop computer, but of course never at the same time.  Today, March 3rd, during the afternoon sometime, everything went haywire, it logged my out of my iPhone, and would not let me log back in.  When I finally got logged in (after I gave up for a while) all my playlists are gone!  In the past, when logged in, it would always show my Spotify account number as my profile name, but now it says my name and shows my profile pic from Facebook.  Obviously you guys did some Facebook work recently, but now I need my playlists back.  Help!
