Premium Not Working After Trial; Paid

Premium Not Working After Trial; Paid

Hi,
I did the 30-day trial of Premium. When it ended, I signed up for Premium; entered my payment info. Somehow it's acting like I'm in another 30-day trial, and says I will be billed in a month. I did everything with the same email address. So the website says I'm in trial, with an active Premium account, but of course it isn't working in my phone as it knows the trial ended. How can I get payment to go ahead and post so I can go ahead and use it?

I've tried logging off and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, everything. Help!
