please help my premium is not working.

please help my premium is not working.

I purchased spotify premium and everytime I got to my app it tells me my free trial has expired but when I press get premium it just takes me to my recipt. I have logged in/out, cleared my data/uninstalled then re-installed multiple times nothing is working.

That is strange, have you tried fully restarting your devices?

I have literally done everything from clean reinstallation to turning off my phone, logging in and out a hundred times, clearing my data then reinstalling. Nothing is working. But it has already charged my account.

P.s. I signed up for premium through my cell phone. Idk if that makes a difference or not. I still got charged for it though. Even on my laptop it says im using a free trial.
