Premium dissapeared?

Premium dissapeared?

I activated a year of premium on my phone about four days ago and it worked perfectly, both on the computer and the phone. But this morning the subscription status free and all of my time was gone. This is only on my computer though, scince the mobile version works perfectly fine. WFT?

Have a quick read at this topic.

Most likely is that you have accidentally created a duplicate non-premium account. You just need to log out and log into your premium one again.

I have tried the solution, with no progress. My account name(both the spotify and the facebook) is still the same so i don't think it's a duplicate. I followed the steps on the topic but the last one didn't exist(preferences>social networks). Is there something horribly wrong here?

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this further for you.
