Premium gone

Hi, my name is Ansgar Engstrom and my spotify premium just vanished over night.

Apparently, now I have Spotify Free.

I have checked my payment log and my spotify premium is all paid and done for. 

I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible please.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Are you sure you're logging into the right account? It's very easy to have both a facebook (email) login and a Spotify (username) login!

After a thorough search for the problem, I have come to the conclusion that the problem lies in my recent action of switching bank cards. Therfore, a payment issue have most likley occured.

I will contact my bank and hopefully sort it out.
