Premium mobile

My spotify on my phone isn't working either. I brought premium a while back and it was working fine but now it's not working at all. Could you help?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

First thnig I would double check is that your account is still on premium, you can do this from your online overview.

If it is, and your mobile device is not recognising it, try logging out, restarting your device and then logging in again. A clean reinstallation of the application might also help. 

 

If you are still having issues, or you can't get access to your premium account, get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form.
