Premium not working :(

Just downloaded premium on my phone, I tried the free trial and loved it so got it once the trial ran out. It's not working though, I have literally done it though. How long does it take to start working?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Normally it happens pretty instantaneously, however reading around there appears to be a few others who are seeing delays too. Hopefully it is just a temporary delay and it will sort itself out soon. Also have a read at this official topic.

It's still not working, I've read a few people's comments with the same issue. I've tried signing in through my Facebook account and just using my username too. Still no luck. Also deleted app and rebooted my phone and downloaded app again! None of which have worked! I have confirmation on when ill be getting charged every month and my method of payment? Is there anything spotify can do to send a signal hit to my account? Desperate to listen to some decent tunes!
