Premium subscription doesnt work on iPhone.

I have recently bought a premium subscription and it works fine on my computer and it says that I have a premium account on spotify.com.

And when I log in to my iPhone with the same account, it says that I dont have premium and cant use it on mobile..

What the **uh-oh** is wrong?

btw, Spotify's custumer support sucks balls. I hope the company dies.

Well, it's not going to die if you keep paying your subs is it?

Anyway, try logging out and back in a couple of times - sometimes that solves it.

Hmm, I never had a problem with Spotify support, I find that strange, please note it can take 48 hours to reply to your emails.

Some simple tips:

Restart your phone.

Re-install Spotify.

Like licenced said log in and out a few times.

Make sure you have the most recent Spotify.

Hi Angrybird1337 - I've just taken a quick look to see what's going on here. 

What's happened is you've made two accounts on our system. One is linked to your original Spotify username (this is on Premium) while the other was made via your Facebook. 

I believe you've been logging into this Facebook account which is on our free service. For steps on how to sort this out please see Richard's post here.

Is your account definitely showing as Premium (not unlimited) on your online account?
