Hi,

I have been a loyal user for two years now.

When i log out of spotify on my iphone and log back in, my music disapears and it tells me I am not a premium member.

I was charged on 12/24 and again today when trying to reactivate my account. I am so fed up that I canceled my account and am going to take a break.

Furthermore, I will consider coming back, but if one of these charges aren't reversed, it will leave a sour taste in my mouth when considering a return.

Please advise the course of action on your end.
