Hi, I have an active Premium account but I still keep getting the ads?

Hey 🙂 

When did you subscribe? If it was recently, then have a read at this topic. Normally a quick log out and back in again will fix these issues on the desktop client which is where you must be hearing the ads.

If its still not working, have a look at your online overview to verify your subscrription is active and ensure you are logging in with the correct details.
