My premium account doesent work. I bought 1 month with spotify premium a couple of hours ago, but it doesent work on spotify. i cant listen to the songs more that 5 times and i can not sync them to my phone. What can i do to make it work? The payment has been done, and my money i gone.

I've taken a look at your account and there isn't any record of a Premium purchase. 

What's mostly likely happened is you've created another account on our system and upgraded that one instead. Not to worry, we can sort this out for you.
