Hi there,

My direct debit for my premium bounced because i didnt have any money in that account at the time so i am unable to use my account. Now i wanted to ask how i go about paying the premium manually or possibly get it debited again so i can get my account up and running again. Any help guys im dieing without music??

Hi there and welcome to the community!

If payment failed then Spotify will try and take payment again in a few days - if the payment then fails again, you'll revert to free and will have to manually resubscribe.

 

If you leave Spotify, and ensure you have the money in your account in the next few days, then it'll be taken and you'll have uninterupted premium 🙂

  1. Hi there. I bought the spotify premium for 1 month - i wanted to cancel my subscription because i did not want my card to be charged next month. Somehow i "removed" the premium packace from my spotify by doing this. I still have the Receipt for a month with spotify premium.  Do something about this, i payed but didnt get my premium pack for more than one day.

Hey @Ballevik  ! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

When cancelling your subscription that wouldn't have removed your premium, it would just mean your premium wouldn't auto-renew at the end of the month, so it sounds like you have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account. Can you double check you are logging in using the correct details? Its amazingly easy to have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and another using your Facebook email address and password. 

If you can't find it, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track it down for you 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey Keegan 🙂 

 

If your account has reverted to Spotify free then just follow the steps to resubscribe on your online account and that should get you up and running again. If your account is still showing as premium, then the system will automatically try to take payment again in a few days and you should remain on premium until then.

Well, obviously it did. I do not have a duplicated account, this is the one i paid on and where i have the reciete on. 
So, the mistake is not in my hands - but in spotify's hands and you are to fix it from my point of view as i allready paid. 

Use the contact form Peter linked you to and the Spotify staff will help get this sorted.
