I bought a spotify redeem code in the shop and entered it but my acount is not in premium mode. please help

Exactly the same problem here just upgraded to premium, it still says that have Free account on every client with no listening time left.

My profile says i have premium activated

Hi to you as well, @domi84 🙂 Have you tried physically logging out and then into all of the affected devices? If yes, then give it a few minutes and try again - the system can be slow at times 🙂

Hi, I'm having a similar problem. I get the premium trial for one month, and it went ok. Then I was charged for the next month but my account went back to FREE. I've been waiting, expecting for this to be a system problem or something, but 10 days has passed and I'm still as a free user even if I was already charged on my bank account for the premium subscription. On the "account" menu it says I have Spotify Free, I don't know what to do, I payed for something I don't have, and I'm afraid next month I got charged again, because I cannot even cancel any subscription, because technically I don't have it!

 

Any Idea of what's happening. I need help with this please 😕

Normally when this happens @user-removed you have more than one account in the Spotify system are you are logging into the wrong one. When you registered did you get a Spotify username and password? If so, try signing in using those details instead of your Facebook details (email address + password)


If you can't find your premium, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track it down for you. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

thank you Peter, I try it already with facebook account, and also with username + password, and none of them works, so sent a on-line complain to the customer services and I got then the email reply. Now I'll contact them by mail as you say, and hope it works.
