I had already tried 2 times with 2 different emails and seems like there's no way I can register an account properly.
Account1: kun2210
Account2: kundun2210
Both scenarios are the same: I enter registration details. then I hit register, got 'username already in use', change it to somethig unique. hit register again and got message 'Ops! Something went wrong'. Then it seems like my emails are already in use, because I can try resseting my password for both of them, but every time I click on resetting link it says: "it takes too long time, try again".
Basically it looks very similar to: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Created-account-doesn-t-exist/m-p/35...
So here I am with 2 accounts, 2 emails used and 0 possibility to login. Seriously, these looks like the registration form on https://www.spotify.com/pl/ is broken for this kind of scenario.

Usernames can't have spaces in them which might be causing the issue. Can you try without?
