Problem with Premium

Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with someone by doing the "About Us" contact form and have not received any responses!! 3 times I have tried.. I payed for the premium and am unable to access any of my previous playlists or any new music! PLEASE HELP!

Can you post your most recent case number from when you got in touch (its in the automated email reply you get when you submit a contact request) and I will ask someone to chase it up for you?

Hi, I've had the same problem!

I just got Premium and then all my playlists dissapeared.

If all of your playlists have disappeared that is normally an indication that you have actually subscribed and logged into a different/new account. Can you try logging out and back in again just to be sure its not a loading issue?

I've logged in and out several times. Nothing is changing...

I pressed the "upgrade to premium" button and followed the steps. It's wierd that all of my playlists dissapeared.

The best thing to do is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate and recover them for you, what can be done here on the community is much more limited than if you get in touch directly with the Spotify team.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
