Problems with FaceBook.

By mistake I had pushed the disconnect from facebook button and now my accont appears as free!!!. What can i do?

Hey kike77, welcome to the Community.

All I can see for your email address is a account that was originally created through Spotify. It doesn't have any payment history either. Do you have any idea what the other account was called? Did you receive a receipt from us when originally creating the subscription?

You may also wish to get in touch with us via the contact form so we can deal with this in greater detail. We may require details from you that shouldn't really be shared over a public forum.
