Recover deleted playlist @ Moderator

I just unclicked the "show songs on facebook"-option and suddenly I was thrown out of Spotify, I couldn't log in again and when I finally got in using my e-mail and password to Facebook, all my playlists were deleted, all my friends from Facebook were gone and I couldn't reconnect with Spotify.

Then I checked SPotify on my phone...same issue...

Can someone please help me how to solve this problem?

Oh yeah...I forgot...my Premium subscription was deleted as well...help...again.
