Redeem code invalid. Why?

The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly.
This is the message I got when I tried to type in my code. I bought it from a shop here in Norwy called Rema 1000.
Why does this happen?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little closer for you. Be sure to include your code in your message and they will be able to check if it is valid or not.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
