Reformatted Playlists

I had to reformat my computer, now when I re-installed Spotify all of my playlists are gone. I had this issue before and someone from Spotify re-activated my playlists. There are many, so I am hoping this can be done again?

You can do this again if you want, just do what you did last time.

However this shouldn't happen as all your playlists are stored in your account on the servers, not on your computer. But yes you can get your playlists reactivated, just submit a support ticket or wait for staff to see this post.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account which is normally the case when all of your playlists disappear. 

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.
