Secondary Account Issues

So I have two accounts, but they're both free. They aren't trials, they're just the take the commercials and all, completely free accounts. They're both connected to my facebook account and I only have one facebook. The problem is I can't log in to my first account with all of my playlists and such. I have the download player as well and they gave me a series of numbers to use as a username, but I don't remember them and they got erased from the player after someone unchecked the 'remember me' box, so I have no clue what it is. I gave spotify my email for the reset link, but it gives me my secondary account log in. Can someone help me?
