Hey there!
I think main reason is that Spotify is working hard to improve Customer service and they use only Community for basic questions and Contact form for all other stuff. This is great way - they can provide best customer service and this is FREE for everyone, there is no expensive call numbers!
They are really so good, contacted many times and got HQ response in 24 hours.
However I sended some time an feedback about Android app and got automated answer. I was very surpised that sending feedback I got automatical thank you... However after I send another time this feedback, real people answered to my feedback.
Please don't use this automatical answer system, it confuses me.

Im a new user and I couldn't find a way to create a new post (inactive button) so I'm using the reply method. Sorry..
My issue is that I can't find the Spotify radio option on my Windows phone. I'm using the 30 day premium trial and it works great, except there's no radio < The main reason I chose Spotify. Could you please tell me what's wrong?
I can log on using my Facebook credentials. I see the Spotify UI but a green screen pops up "Hi [name], login to your existing Spotify account" - I again use the Facebook credentials but "An error occurred Invalid name/password." I'm able to log in to Facebook with the same credentials.
I can click on Spotify and play my playlists but this green login screen stays up.
If I close this login screen it shuts down Spotify.
