Spotify Premium not recognised

I have purchased spotify premium yesterday, but no matter where I log on from, my android phone, android tablet or desktop, my premium account doesn't seem to be activated.

What next?

Your Premium account seems to be on a Facebook-connected account you have. If you use your Facebook details to log in, you should get access to that Premium time.

If you log into the client using your email address (which logs in via Facebook authentication - but you might not even have realised it was Facebook connected!) do you get to your premium?

No I cannot login using my email address, it says login failed.

To log into my spotify account I use "crouzilles" as the username and that works fine, but still no premium I'm afraid

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate what has happened a little closer. If you have been billed there will be a premium account somewhere!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
