Problem resetting PW

I'm trying to help a collegue to reset his password. After he clicks on the link in the mail he gets to the reset PW page, enters a new PW and then ends up at the "took too long time" or something like that and the new PW doesn't work. What to do?

Spotify Premium upgrade for US military users
