Spotify premium?

Hi everyone. A few months ago I noticed that I had a withdrawaö from my account for having spotify premium, even tough I dont have it?!? They are charging me for 99 swedish kronor every month for this and I've sent two mails to spotifys mailadress (two months ago!!!) but still no answer. What should I do?

As this is a payment query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Too much personal information is needed to do this on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
