Hi

 

I've been trying to get in contact with someone both via the online form and by email, but have received no response in 10 days. I need a response immediately as it is costing me money. Many thanks.

Hello Jack,

What appears to be the problem? From a quick glance at your account, everything seems to be in order. Your Premium is connected to the username "jacko.ross", so log in with that rather than your email address.

Hi David, thanks for getting back to me. I sent a message on the Contact Form 10 days ago, but evidently you haven't received it. This is my problem:

 

I have two spotify accounts - this one, jacko.ross, and another spotjack (not spotijack, which is my username here - apologies for the confusing names). I have premium on this account at £10/month currently, but I recently found out that I get it for £5/month with an NUS card. So I signed up for that via the NUS website, but accidentally signed up on my spotjack account (previously a free account). I have now cancelled this, but have been charged £5. I have two requests: 1. please can I be refunded this £5? AND also 2. please can you cancel the premium feature on the spotjack account? I want to sign up to the £5/month premium deal with NUS on my jacko.ross account, but it currently won't allow me to, as you can obviously only have one account on the offer at a time. This is therefore costing me money, and has been for the last 10 days due to lack of response.

I have a terrible subscription problem. I've recently moved from a country that has Spotify to a country that doesn't offer Spotify yet. I'm using Premium, so I took it along with me. However, my subscription is out in less than 10 days and I'm not sure if I can use the new credit card (not issued in the first Spotify-existant country) to pay for the service? Can paypal help with that? 😞

Hi mirnaspot- Since this is a specific payments question it's best to continue this via the contact form.

 

There should be an email in your inbox now. I'll just need a few more details about your account to let you know our options.

 

In general though, if you've only got a credit card in an unsupported country you won't be able to continue with Spotify now that you've moved.
