I cancelled my spotify before the free trial ended because it said I wouldn't be charged if I did, but I'm still being charged every month and my phone bill is too much too pay for. How do I get my money back?

Hey!

 

Just go to the Online Customer Support and tell them what's wrong. They should be able to help you with it!

If you get an automated answer, just reply directly to it and your case will be picked up by one of the Spotify support staff. 😉
