Student discount

I have used the student discount on another account for premium but i have cancelled premium on that account, how do i use the student discount on another account as it says ive already used it

This should be possible when the old subscription has totally finished and you've removed all payment details from the account. You can do this from http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

The subscription for the other account has finished, it is not letting me use the student discount as it says it has already been used??
