Spotify wont accept my NUS extra card number even though it is valid. any ideas?

Don't hold your breath - I've had no response to this same problem and get the impression Spotify don't care too much about getting new customers.

Try using a different web browser. I had the "invalid number" message with Chrome, so I tried Internet Explorer instead and got it to work.
