Hey Community. i've recently noticed something, when I checked my bank. It says that I've payed 99 kr. For Spotify premium. But i haven't said yes for a subscription. - I said yes for the free trial, didn't say I wanted to continue. - is there anyway of getting my money back of this sadly misunderstanding?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
If you signed up for the 30 day free trial, you should have been made aware during the process that you where subscribing to a monthly service, with the first month free. If you have not used your account since you have been charged, you might be able to get a refund. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into that for you. You can manage/cancel your subscription at any time from your online account.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

hello, I have activated the premium account free for 30 days on smartphones, but does not allow me to download more than 2 allbum ... why?
Thanks
Thanks for the fast reply, but I think I have used it, but it charged me yesterday I think, does it really matter that much? - I've done what you said, I guess I'll have to wait for them to answer me.
I got the message on my email, I'm getting the refund in a couple of days... I appreciate very much! Thanks for the help
No worries simonelosi 😉

Can you elaborate a little more?
What do you mean by download more than 2 albums? and on what device?
