So recently I bought a gift card to renew my spotify premium account and I punched in the code and it gave me spotify unlimited which doesnt help me out at all cause I only use it on my phone. It doesnt make sense to me either why you can not switch over from unlimited to premium without putting your card information on there.  The reason why I get these gift cards is to not use my card information on the internet. So I dont want my unlimited spotify and would like to upgrade to premium. Any thoughts? I also went out and bought another $30 gift card to try and get my premium back and I redeemed the code and selected premium and it said I was unable to do this??? Why can't I do this is the question?? Thats my $30 and I wanted premium to be selected and It doesnt allow me.....   Just confused and would like some feedback please.  Thanks

Just get in touch customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you out with getting it moved over to premium.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
