Synch problem: refund please

Hi,

I had have some synch problem on my mobile device while in my test month. An update seemed to have fix the problem, so I ve paid for a month.

Finaly I still got this problem. Has I don't want to erase all data and re synch 15 albums every week, I'd like to be refund please.

I'm sorry and hope this will be resolve in future.

As you said in your message, this will need to go through official channels.

You can contact the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you.

Hi, thank you Peter for your answer.

Finally I passed from an android to a windowsphone device. The service works good on wifi but always goes offline when i'm on 3g. So I just can listen to my downloaded playlist. I've un installed & re installed the app once, that solved the problem for a time, but it quickly came back.

Is there something I can do other than reinstalling the app every week??
