The email address of a person: unknown to me, is shown as my email address in my aacount

It's very strange. In my account data is an email address and date of birth that is not mine. I checked my facebook account and there is my own email address in use .... How can I change this?

Can't redeem my gift card.

My son's free account profile definitely reflects he is 14, but on his Nook, he can get all sorts of adult content. How can I filter this out, and in reality shouldn't the service do that based upon age?
