Ipad premium subscription not recognised

Changing from free trial to spotify unlimited

Using an iPad I installed the spotify app and listed using the free trial. I have no subscribed to spotify unlimited but whenever I try to select some music using my app it is saying I can't unless I upgrade to spotify premium please help!

Premium is not working!

I got my Premium account for free through my Internet supplier "Telia" (Sweden)...and the have annoyingly "billed" me anyway! I've phoned them and they have withdrawn the "monthly amount" for Premium! But the account is now not aktivated as Premium.....
