Synching error

Hi,

 

yesterday I had all my playlists available offline (mobile), but don't have them anymore. They're still existing on my lap top and mobile, but I can't make them available offline. When I start syncing them, it works for a while, but soon It says "sync offline error, downloading of offline tracks failed. Maybe the disk is full". And it's not able to go on syncing.

 

Do you have any idea what should I do to get system rockin again?

Uhh I got the same problem but not on my phone, its on my laptop. I don't my disk is full but the error does not go. What to do?

Okay I just purchased the premium because I like the free trail so much cause it allowed me to offline as much as I want but now. I keep getting offline sync error, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to my iPad (12.5gb available) and now I can't even offline what I originally had. So I feel like I'm getting ripped out of my money for something I can't even use fully? I need so help please?
